Questions
We start with a long, structured set of questions, and it's the step we put the most time into. The goal is to understand the business and its customers properly, including the things that rarely make it into a normal brief, like what people really want and what has quietly kept them from buying so far. A good part of this comes from you as well, since the owner usually understands the business better than any document does.

Positioning + offer
From there we shape the positioning and, above all, the offer. The offer is what a person actually says yes or no to, so most of the attention goes into making it something the right buyer finds genuinely hard to turn down.

Communication
Next we work out the communication. That means finding the angle, the particular way of talking about what you do so that it actually lands, and then writing the copy from there. The angle is the part that does most of the work, so we give it real time before writing anything.

The Funnel
Then we build the funnel, the route a person takes from first noticing you to actually buying. Every stage is designed around the communication, so the whole journey from stranger to customer holds together as one continuous thing.

Launch + run
Then it goes live. From there we handle the work that keeps it running: content, posts, the organic side, and paid ads when the project needs them. Everything we put out still comes from the offer, angle and funnel built in the earlier steps.
