VIDify Consulting LLC ("VIDify," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site. It does not apply to information collected through any other channel, including in-person meetings, phone calls, or under separate written agreements governing professional services, which may be subject to additional privacy terms set out in those agreements.

b. Information Collected Automatically.
Our website is built and hosted on Framer (Framer B.V.). When you visit the Site, Framer and its hosting infrastructure automatically collect certain technical information through standard server logs, which may include:
IP address (typically anonymized or truncated)

Device type and operating system
Referring URL
Date and time of visit
c. Google Analytics.
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to understand how visitors interact with the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as:

Other vendors providing IT, communication, or professional services strictly as needed.
These service providers are only authorized to use your information to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
Legal compliance. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of VIDify, our clients, our users, or others.
Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. International Data Transfers
VIDify is based in the United States, and our service providers (including Framer and Google) may store and process personal information in the United States, the European Union, or other jurisdictions.
If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in countries that may have data protection laws different from those of your jurisdiction. Where required by law, we and our service providers rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where applicable), or equivalent mechanisms.
By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in such countries.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:
Contact inquiries — generally retained for up to three (3) years after our last communication with you, unless a business relationship is established, in which case retention follows the terms of the applicable service agreement and our legal/accounting obligations.
Framer technical logs — retained for the periods set by Framer's standard configurations.
Google Analytics data — retained according to the retention period configured in our Google Analytics account (default: 14 months for user-level data; aggregated data may be retained longer).
When personal information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it in accordance with our internal retention practices and applicable law.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
a. Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR):

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and provide no warranty regarding the security of any information you transmit to us.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). 12. Third-Party Websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including live client websites we have developed and other external resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
13. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because no consistent industry standard for DNT signals has been adopted, the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We treat all visitors in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of any DNT setting.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice through the Site or other appropriate means.
