The problem
We start by getting close to the problem. That usually means sitting with the people who'll actually use the software and watching how the work gets done today, since the thing worth building tends to become obvious once you can see where the time and the friction go.

Scope
From there we agree on what the first version actually needs to do, and what can wait. The aim is to get something real and usable into your hands fairly quickly, so you can see it working early and tell us what to change while changing it is still easy.

Structure
After that we work out how it's built underneath, the structural decisions nobody ever sees. They're quiet choices, and they're the ones that keep the software stable once real people are using it every day.

Now it gets built, in pieces you can see and try as each one is finished. The software takes shape in front of you, so you're steering it the whole way through and it ends up being what you actually needed.

Launch + hand over
Then it goes live, and your team can run it on their own. We document how it works and stay reachable if something comes up, but the point is that you can keep using and growing it without depending on us.
